We recommend using our online store to buy your package for smaller studies, requiring 10 devices or fewer. Volume discounts are available from 5 devices and up and are automatically applied upon checkout. If your study requires a larger number of devices, reach out to our team for a more bespoke solution. The purchase of the Professional Plan subscription includes access to the Care Lab App, Care Portal, and Empatica Cloud in a 3-year or 5-year bundle. After that, additional subscriptions to the software can be purchased on a yearly basis.
